Il doit en informer sa direction par \u00e9crit au plus tard le 15 F\u00e9vrier en pr\u00e9cisant la date et la dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction se r\u00e9serve le droit de refuser ou de diff\u00e9rer ledit cong\u00e9, l\u2019absence du salari\u00e9 devant \u00eatre compatible avec la continuit\u00e9 du service ou de l\u2019agence auquel il appartient.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9 est au minimum de 5 jours ouvr\u00e9s cons\u00e9cutifs et au maximum de 20 jours. Il peut \u00eatre pris en en seule fois ou fractionn\u00e9 par p\u00e9riode de 5 jours. Il doit \u00eatre pris hors vacances scolaires et en dehors de la premi\u00e8re quinzaine de janvier.<\/p>\n<p>La retenue correspondante est effectu\u00e9e sur le treizi\u00e8me mois au prorata du nombre de jours ouvr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le cong\u00e9 de soutien familial :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce cong\u00e9 d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 3 mois s\u2019adresse aux salari\u00e9s qui souhaitent pouvoir s\u2019occuper temporairement d\u2019un de leurs proches pr\u00e9sentant un handicap ou une perte d\u2019autonomie d\u2019une particularit\u00e9 grave.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un cong\u00e9 de soutien familial, le salari\u00e9 doit justifier d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 minimale de 2 ans dans l\u2019entreprise.
