Il assure \u00e9galement\u00a0la gestion des activit\u00e9s sociales et culturelles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Son r\u00f4le \u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le CSE a pour mission premi\u00e8re d\u2019assurer l\u2019expression collective des salari\u00e9s permettant la prise en compte de leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats dans les d\u00e9cisions relatives \u00e0 la gestion, l\u2019\u00e9volution \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise, \u00e0 l\u2019organisation du travail, \u00e0 la formation professionnelle et aux techniques de production, aux conditions de travails et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et porter les questions collectives ou individuelles des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le chef d\u2019entreprise est tenu de consulter le CSE avant de prendre certaines d\u00e9cisions relevant de domaines de comp\u00e9tence de cette instance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Son r\u00f4le social<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le CSE est aussi et surtout connu pour son r\u00f4le social et culturel qui permet aux salari\u00e9s et \u00e0 leurs ayants droit de profiter de prestations, billetteries, voyages, s\u00e9jours, ch\u00e8ques vacances, activit\u00e9s sportives ou culturelles \u00e0 des conditions avantageuses.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s lors que vous avez plus de 3 mois d\u2019anciennet\u00e9, certaines activit\u00e9s sociales et culturelles propos\u00e9es par votre comit\u00e9 sont subventionn\u00e9es, que vous soyez en CDD ou CDI.
