Quel que soit le poste, je me rends compte de la pression qui nous \u00e9crase. Je ne parle pas de pression commerciale, mais du manque de temps dramatique qui nous met dans des situations de stress permanent. Le manque d\u2019effectif en agence est maintenant syst\u00e9matique. 8\/10 agences ont des probl\u00e8mes RH.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Le pire, c\u2019est que ce n\u2019est plus \u00e9tonnant, nous sommes r\u00e9sign\u00e9s : m\u00eame plus la force ni le temps de se battre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mais voil\u00e0 beaucoup de coll\u00e8gues se retrouvent avec des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 dus au stress. Je commence \u00e0 compter les burn out autour de moi et j\u2019ai peur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Moi-m\u00eame, qui me faisait une priorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre rapidement aux clients, dans un souci de qualit\u00e9 : je suis tellement d\u00e9bord\u00e9, que j\u2019en oublie de les rappeler et de r\u00e9pondre aux mails ! Et je d\u00e9teste \u00e7a !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Je n\u2019ai plus le temps de suivre mon RPM qui ne cesse de se d\u00e9grader.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Je suis \u00e0 l\u2019accueil, pendant que je participe \u00e0 une webex, que je r\u00e9ponds au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone par un autre poste, tout en montant un pr\u00eat immobilier et en recevant les clients.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Je suis fatigu\u00e9, \u00e9puis\u00e9. Moi qui aime mon travail, et qui me donne \u00e0 fond pour les clients, je commence \u00e0 ne plus vouloir venir le matin.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>J\u2019ai d\u00fb me faire arr\u00eater une semaine, mon m\u00e9decin ayant insist\u00e9 car, de ses propres mots : \u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<strong>vous \u00eates au bord du pr\u00e9cipice, si vous ne vous reposez pas, vous allez tomber, et le temps de se relever sera tr\u00e8s long\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Je veux finir \u00e0 une heure correcte sans \u00eatre angoiss\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e que je vais devoir finir mes taches inachev\u00e9es le lendemain entre 2 clients, avec de nouvelles demandes qui s\u2019accumuleront au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la journ\u00e9e.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Quand je liste les taches \u00ab incontournables \u00bb que je dois faire dans ma journ\u00e9e\/semaine (MAD, PILCOP, RPM, EMI, Brief, HDJ, heure m\u00e9tier, RDV, r\u00e9pondre aux mails, aux r\u00e9clamations\u2026 ma journ\u00e9e de 10h ne suffit pas !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En ajoutant les r\u00e9unions qui s\u2019accumulent, les webex* et lync au dernier moment, les comit\u00e9s, les formations, l\u2019e-learning, comment faire face ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On nous parle de digital pour gagner du temps : mais si on n\u2019a pas le temps d\u2019appeler ou de r\u00e9pondre aux clients, \u00e0 quoi cela sert-il ? Si la technologie permet de vendre \u00e0 distance, il faut\u00a0 du temps pour cela !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Je me pose des questions :\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Que fera la direction quand la plupart de ses collaborateurs aura craqu\u00e9 ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Et nous quel avenir ? J\u2019ai encore 25\/30 ans avant ma retraite.
