A partir de 2019, un salari\u00e9 n\u00e9 en 1957 ou apr\u00e8s remplissant les conditions pour toucher sa retraite de base \u00e0 taux plein \u00e0 62 ans aura le choix entre plusieurs options :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>soit il arr\u00eatera de travailler et sa pension compl\u00e9mentaire sera diminu\u00e9e de 10 % pendant au moins deux ans (peut-\u00eatre trois si la situation financi\u00e8re des r\u00e9gimes le justifie) ;<\/li>\n<li>soit il restera sur le march\u00e9 du travail jusqu\u2019\u00e0 63 ans, auquel cas le malus ne s\u2019appliquera pas.<\/li>\n<li>Soit il prolongera sa carri\u00e8re d\u2019une, deux ou trois ann\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires et touchera un coup de pouce (de 10 % \u00e0 30 % de sa retraite compl\u00e9mentaire) mais uniquement pendant un an !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les retrait\u00e9s les plus modestes ne seraient pas soumis \u00e0 la d\u00e9cote.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le gel de la revalorisation des pensions\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord ent\u00e9rine une revalorisation des pensions \u00e0 hauteur des prix\u00a0<strong>&#8211; 1 %<\/strong>\u00a0avec une clause \u00ab plancher \u00bb. Cela signifie que si l\u2019inflation, comme le pr\u00e9voient nombre d\u2019\u00e9conomistes reste faible dans les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, ce sera un gel du niveau des pensions. Celui-ci est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en \u0153uvre depuis 2013, date du dernier accord sur les retraites compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les salari\u00e9s financeront cet accord \u00e0 95 %\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Ces mesures tr\u00e8s douloureuses pour les salari\u00e9s et les retrai\u00adt\u00e9s (6 milliards) ne suffiront m\u00eame pas \u00e0 financer le d\u00e9ficit (le besoin est de 8,7 milliards en 2020).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>En contrepartie, le Medef propose de mettre 300 millions de cotisations sur la table. Cette augmentation sera com\u00adpens\u00e9e par une baisse des cotisations ATMP (accident du travail, maladie professionnelle). C\u2019est la d\u00e9finition m\u00eame de l\u2019accord \u00ab\u00a0donnant donnant\u00a0\u00bb version gouvernementale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CGT n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 entendue et condamne un accord lourd de menaces pour les futurs retrait\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La CGT a fait des propositions imm\u00e9diates et chiffr\u00e9es d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la n\u00e9go\u00adciation, permettant de d\u00e9gager de nouvelles ressources pour mainte\u00adnir les droits \u00e0 travers, notamment, deux propositions phares :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une augmentation de la cotisation AGIRC pour financer le r\u00e9gime qui en a le plus besoin, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 7 euros par mois pour un salaire de 4 000 euros bruts et un apport de 2 milliards d\u2019eu\u00adros d\u00e8s 2016 ;<\/li>\n<li>une contribution transitoire vers\u00e9e par les entreprises qui ne res\u00adpectent pas l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale femme \u2013 homme et d\u00e9gressive en fonction des efforts r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.
